Meet the New iLEAD Sub-Committees for 2026

Our iLEAD Committee is entering 2026 stronger than ever - now the largest it’s been in years. To better serve and engage young agents statewide, our committee members have divided into four focused sub-committees, each designed to enhance a core area of the iLEAD experience.

• iLEAD Inspire: Focused on professional growth & leadership, delivering learning opportunities through webinars, classes, and collaboration with the Mentor Program.
• iLEAD Ignite: Leading university and student outreach, strengthening relationships with RMI programs, InsurAcademy, and connecting students with meaningful career opportunities.
• iLEAD Involve: Enhancing events, networking, and belonging, including #YADC, the Risk Management Tour, and new virtual engagement opportunities.
• iLEAD Impact: Driving community service & giving back through annual charity selection, fundraising initiatives, and statewide service projects.

With these dedicated teams in place, iLEAD is set for a year of meaningful programming, deeper engagement, and fun new opportunities for young agents across North Carolina. Stay tuned, 2026 is going to be big!

Kits for a Cause: Young Agents Making a Real Impact

We’re proud to spotlight the generosity and hard work of our Young Agents. At #YADC25, attendees assembled Kits for a Cause to support this year’s iLEAD charity partner, Revell With A Cause, a North Carolina nonprofit dedicated to disaster relief and community support.

Thanks to your efforts and fundraising throughout the year, IIANC was able to contribute $20,000 to help families across our state rebuild after crises. Now, we’re excited to see these kits being delivered to individuals in need this winter. Thank you to everyone who helped make this meaningful impact possible.

Young Agents Have Raised $9,716 for iPAC - Help Us Finish Strong! 

Young Agents have contributed $9,716 to iPAC this year - an incredible show of support for IIANC’s advocacy efforts at the NC General Assembly. iPAC helps ensure independent agents have a strong voice with the lawmakers who shape our industry.

As we close out the year, we’re encouraging every young agent to take part. Contributions of any amount make a difference, and contributions of $120 or more earn the exclusive iPAC YETI tumbler.
