We’re excited to announce the new iLEAD Committee for 2025-2026: a passionate group of Young Agents dedicated to helping their peers grow, connect, and make an impact across North Carolina.
This year’s committee will continue building on iLEAD’s mission of developing the next generation of industry leaders through education, networking, and community service, and we’ve got some awesome things planned for the year ahead! From new ways to connect with fellow young agents to fresh opportunities for professional development and giving back, 2026 is shaping up to be our best year yet.

Your contribution has real impact. Every dollar contributed to iPAC strengthens and supports the advocacy IIANC does on your behalf, ensuring independent agents have a strong voice on the issues that shape our industry. We still have work to do, but with an iPAC contribution from you and every young agent, we can get there.
